Amirah Mohd Gazzali, Assoc Prof Dr

An associate professor in pharmaceutical technology, Amirah’s research focuses on drug delivery systems and pharmaceutical formulation. Her research interest include nanoparticles development and development of conventional products (e.g., tablets, granules, capsules).
She is the faculty member who is responsible in teaching dosage forms, pharmaceutical compounding, and law and ethics for pharmacist. She is a certified compounding pharmacist who has completed three professional trainings with LP3 Network (in the US) and Medisca (in Australia) in non-sterile pharmaceutical compounding and hormone restoration therapy. She has also developed online modules on pharmaceutical compounding, which can be accessed through USM openlearning platform (https://bit.ly/3GGXFs8).
