PHARMNITE 2017 HIGHLIGHT : PHARMANIAGA BOOK PRIZE AWARD FOR FINAL YEAR PHARMACY STUDENTS

Four final year students from PPSF was awarded the Book Prize Award from Pharmaniaga, a renowned Malaysian pharmaceutical company. The prizes were given out to the winners during the annual Pharmnite event, held on 14^th April 2017 at Olive Tree Hotel, Bayan Baru, Penang.

The awardees, Ms. Nur Shahirah Mohamed Yasin, Ms. Fazwin Samsu Rahman, Mr Muhammad Hilmi Fahmi Awal Ludin and Mr Tan Jun Hao, were chosen based on the excellence that they have projected during their years of study in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. This is the first time that Pharmaniaga has given such award and starting from 2017, this award will be an annual reward for the students.

This award marks a meaningful recognition of Pharmaniaga to our school and specifically the students, and will be a good motivation to the younger generation in the school to work hard, strive for academic excellence and at the same time continuously developing themselves to be an outstanding future pharmacist.
