Announcement on Registration Schedule Courses during the :

ANNOUNCEMENT ON REGISTRATION SCHEDULE OF COURSES DURING THE LONG VACATION (KSCP), ACADEMIC SESSION 2022/2023

1.  TABLE OF KSCP ACTIVITIES, ACADEMIC SESSION 2022/2023

2.   LIST OF COURSES OFFERED

1. Students must contact the respective Schools/Centre’s to check and confirm the list of courses offered before the date of course registration.
2. Courses that were modified to 100% coursework in Semester 2 of Academic Session 2022/2023 are not offered during KSCP of Academic Session 2022/2023.

3.   STUDENTS ELIGIBLE FOR KSCP REGISTRATION

1. Final year students who need to fulfil units for graduation may register for KSCP under these conditions:
   1. Students who have obtained grade ‘F’ in a course
   2. Students who have obtained grade ‘DK’ (With Permission)
   3. Students who have obtained grade ‘C-’, ‘D+’, ‘D’ or ‘D-’
2. Students who do not fall under any of the above categories are NOT ALLOWED to enroll in KSCP.

4.  REQUIREMENTS FOR COURSE REGISTRATION

1. Students who need to enroll in KSCP MUST register the courses online.
2. Students are allowed to register a maximum of 3 courses but must not exceed 10 units. However, the Dean may approve specific cases under certain circumstances. (c)  KSCP students are not allowed to add or drop courses after Week 1.

5.  FINAL YEAR STUDENTS

1. Final year students who need to enroll in KSCP for graduation must inform their respective Schools / Centre’s so that the required courses to be offered can be identified immediately.
2. Graduating students (those who have fulfilled their graduation requirements) in Semester 2 are NOT ALLOWED to register for KSCP.

STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO ABIDE BY THE STIPULATED KSCP DATES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2022/2023.
