Cinnamomum verum, also known as the cinnamon tree. This refers to the tree from which cinnamon bark is harvested. Both the bark (used as a spice) and the leaves of the tree have been used in traditional medicine for centuries.

Medicinal Uses of Pokok Kayu Manis

  1. Blood Sugar Regulation (Anti-Diabetic)
  • One of the most well-known benefits: cinnamon can help lower blood sugar by improving insulin sensitivity.
