Morinda citrifolia or Pokok Mengkudu, commonly known as Noni in English, is a well-known medicinal plant across Southeast Asia, Polynesia, and other tropical regions. It's been used for centuries in traditional medicine for a wide range of ailments.

Medicinal Uses of Pokok Mengkudu (Noni):

  1. Immune System Booster
  • Noni juice is traditionally consumed to strengthen the immune system, thanks to its rich content of vitamins (like vitamin C), antioxidants, and polysaccharides.
  1. Anti-inflammatory & Pain Relief
  • Used to reduce inflammation, especially for arthritis, joint pain, and swelling.
  • The fruit or leaves are made into poultices and applied to the affected area.
